The Hollywood starlet is pictured below wearing a Women’s Empowerment necklace by Avon, a subtle silver chain that will support efforts to end violence against women worldwide. Last year, the sale of Avon’s global empowerment fundraising bracelet raised more than £2 million globally. The majority of UK proceeds will go to Refuge, with the remainder going to the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM). A brew to warm the cocklesWhen a warming mug of bottlegreen cordial arrived at our offices yesterday afternoon, we weren't quite sure what to expect. Called Fiery Ginger & Lemongrass, it contained an exotic combination of fragrant Thai root ginger and lemongrass – and, we must confess, proved to be a rather tasty brew.
